El Huero is never a let down. I only wish they weren't so stingy with the red sauce.

This taco restaurant is hands down the best in LA! From the moment you pull up, you're greeted with fast and friendly service, and Frankie, in particular, he is amazing! He's super polite and makes sure you leave with a smile and full stomach. The nachos here are unbeatable the best I've had anywhere in LA. Whether you're craving tacos, burritos, or those incredible asada nachos, this restaurant is the place. Highly recommend!

The service is very friendly. I ordered a soft and a hard shell taco. The shredded beef is amazing. The Lena is soft and tender. Food looks amazing!

The best Mexican food in town late night spot to go to Horchata is the best. Combination plate best bang for the buck will be back thank you thank you so much the best ever.

.My friend swears by this place so he took me here. Their busy and nice. I order 2 taco combos, which cones with beans ,rice, and drink. I thought this was gonna be made authenticity. They automatically added letture, sour cream, and guacamole. I didn't expect that on soft tacos. It didn't have no hot sauce or wasn't season like them street tacos... but never the less, I ate it entirely because I was hungry. Lol

Amazing food and service the hard shell tacos are very good !! Nacho plate is cheesy and full of meat

Best best enchiladas--- I only order a number 4 with chicken or beef with a Jamaica---- Drive through usually long wait otherwise it's worth it all the time

I've been going to El Huero since 2002, when it was Chano's! I was first shown this USC tradition and Staple, by my Uncle, who went to USC. Coming from the Bay Area and the Central Coast, we weren't used to HOMEMADE Tortillas! Every SC game, required a trip to Chano's/El Huero's. The Chorizo Burrito's with Orange Bang were the order, always! Even traveled from Nipomo, CA to El Huero's and back, all for it! This is the hole in the hole in the wall, you search out! This trip, we pulled up to the menu and were greeted nicely. I ordered the Pollo Soft Taco, Orange Bang, and Pollo Burrito, with Rice, Cheese, Guacamole, and Sour Cream. The homemade tortillas were great. Soft, slight grit, fluffy, blanket of love. The Guacamole was slightly tangy/spicy, adding that fatty/acid to cut through the salty, peppery, juicy, grilled chicken. The rice was fluffy and cooked nice with good flavor. All finished by the beautiful taste of a Creamsicle, coming from the Orange Bang! *The chicken quality didn't seem as high as it used to be. It was a little dry and overcooked. That's why 4/5* Pro Tip: The Drive Thru window is on the passenger side, prepare for it haha
